We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff members were friendly and had excellent communication skills. Upon our arrival at 9 am, they allowed us to check-in without any delays. We were also given the freedom to select a room that suited our preferences, and we even got an upgrade. The hotel had great facilities such as a lovely restaurant, business center, swimming pool, and a scenic park. The location was strategic as we were close to the downtown palace and easily accessed the transportation networks. The breakfast was fantastic, and the cleanliness standards were high.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, excellent communication skills, no waiting at check-in, and the ability to choose and upgrade my room. The facilities were top-notch with a great restaurant, business center, swimming pool, and park. The location was strategic and near downtown and the palace.

You can enjoy breakfast in the garden here, and the pool is great for relaxing; great choice if you plan to visit Swayambhunath Temple.

Great food options like Everest Himali Chulo nearby. the vibrant Thamel district is definitely worth exploring. We enjoyed our time here! 😉

From the moment I walked in this hotel, I felt like a VIP. the staff is incredibly welcoming and professional. I was impressed by the luxurious amenities available here like a swimming pool, spa centre and garden area. the delicious meals served in the restaurant and the bar/lounge area were delightful, and the in-room breakfast was a perfect start to my day.

Although my experience was all but perfect here, I did encounter a minor inconvenience with the make-up services. They were unavailable at the time of my visit, but that did not affect my overall experience.
